She said the kraft style cheese slices and powder in boxed macNcheese is all of the moldy discarded cheese pieces they cut off the larger blocks............boiled into oblivion.

gross.......but not surprising.
Eh, we all gotta go somehow. I'm clearly not the cheese connoisseur some of y'all are. I like cheddar, swiss, and moldy cheese byproduct. Oh, and parmesan, mozzarella, and Romano. That's about it. And I fucking HATE pepper jack.

Yeah, I ain't no snob either.........if anything, I'll eat that shit for nostalgic reasons. mmmmmmmmm
Kraft slices, macNcheese.
Velveeta is borderline garbage though. :\

I had an oscar mayer hot dog recently.......that was the grossest meat byproduct I've had in a while.
Hebrew Nation dogs, if I choice to put that kind of thing in my body (orally). :D

Hey, I grew up on all that stuff too, so I totally get it, for nostalgia purposes, and my son likes it. So I'm not trying to be a snob here, I don't look down on people for it. Hell, I still get fast food every now and then, and at fast food joints, you usually don't have a choice (although sometimes they'll have a burger with cheddar on it). But it all changed for me when I got a grilled cheese at a restaurant in Cambridge, MA right after college. It had gruyere, fontina and smoked gouda. It's still in the top 3 of most delicious fucking things I've ever eaten in my life. It got me totally hooked on eating real cheese whenever possible.

Oh, by no means am I calling anyone a snob. I meant it when I said "connoisseur". I'd wager that the majority of this board are beer connoisseurs, too. If anything, I was implying that I was low brow as fuck

I'd eat a kraft gc that was kept warm by GG Allin's taint, if he was still with us. Bring it

Been making Toasted Cheese all day.

Pepper and Hotsauce makes it, more importantly cutting thick slices off a block instead of cheese singles. Yumyum.
