I think the Centaur would be better for Black Metal.

May seem weird or pointless, but what if you put the other plate screws back in (kind of tight), and then tried getting the others out again. Might take some of the pressure from them. Also, try tapping the corner edge of the enclosure with a screwdriver handle, where the problem screws are. Seems dumb but it might loosen them.

Thanks, Jero, I already tried putting the other screws back in. Still won't budge. I'll try tapping the corners.
