Has the shirt graphic already been shown?! I can't find it anywhere?!
1.21 gigawatts is obviously the required power consumption.leaves turn wrote:What's the current draw on this thing? It seems like a nice Swiss Army Knife type thing I could slot into my board, but it'd probably have to be daisy chained.
What can we do, Ryan? I don't want to miss out on this run.AngryGoldfish wrote:I know pre-orders were mentioned, can you expand on that a little? The reason being, recently my PC went boobies-up and I had to build a new one—and of course with parts I couldn't technically afford—so I don't have $270 at the moment. But I REALLY don't want to miss out on the acid finish, so could I pre-order and pay the rest as soon as I can? You can then build it and ship it out to me. The problem is, I don't know when I'd have the money! What can we do, Ryan? I don't want to miss out on this run.
Sweet, I love that new logo. I have another old school Dr. S shirt with the Robots on it, kinda like that on the Frazz. Love that shirt.Ryan wrote:I only have it as an .ai.. if you scroll up to the very top of my website where it says thank you, that's the shirt logo, on a navy shirt.
Haha, good advice.jwar wrote:Send Ryan a pizza.
Hey Ryan, can I get one of the new shirts even though I'm not taking part in tbe BitQuest preorder? Money's a little tight for buying pedals right now but I'd love a new shirt!Ryan wrote:I only have it as an .ai.. if you scroll up to the very top of my website where it says thank you, that's the shirt logo, on a navy shirt.
Heck yeah, you and Jeff get shirts with your BQs!jwar wrote:Ryan, can I have a T too??? I forgot to ask about that! SUPER PUMPED!!!!!!
Tom you're in, thank you very muchski budski!Tompski wrote:Am I too late? Any pre order pedals left?
I haven't measured that yet, been meaning to.. it's gonna be around 75mA I predict. I'd also predict that the BQ might not be a great candidate for daisy chaining as it's digital, actually has 2 micros inside of it, tons of timing signals.. daisy chain with caution.leaves turn wrote:What's the current draw on this thing? I could use a guy with this kind of technical knowledge... you're hired, Matt! Pizza for dinner ok? (you have to live here, everybody that works for Dr. Sci lives here, it's the only way)goroth wrote:1.21 gigawatts is obviously the required power consumption.
Run it at 9V = 134 million amps. Give or take.

Please! Remember that song Send Me An Angel? No! Send me a pizza! I should have done this pre-order based on pizza payments...jwar wrote:AngryGoldfish wrote:I know pre-orders were mentioned, can you expand on that a little? Hey dude! Even if for some reason this sells out before you can get one, ILF peps are notorious for flips! LOL! I know you'll be able to snag one.
Another option is that Ryan and I have talked about doing a laser etch run at some point. It will look the same or I could even do different graphics. That's undecided, but it'll be killer.
Send Ryan a pizza. :)
Cool Shannon! We only did a few like that with the t-shirt press.. that was an idea that didn't really fly, t-shirt pressing.Holy Schnikes wrote:Sweet, I love that new logo. I have another old school Dr. S shirt with the Robots on it, kinda like that on the Frazz. Love that shirt.

Ok, I'll run it by the family and pick up some plane tickets on the way home from work.I could use a guy with this kind of technical knowledge... you're hired, Matt! Pizza for dinner ok?
