I am reconsidering the categories though, so far almost all of the boards were entered for one category. Two categories have one entry and that would mean winner by default, which is lame.

So here is what I will do:
a) extend the time for entries until Feb 2nd so that more people can enter the other categories

I could do a themed board, but due to the theme it would be outrageously similar to my main board... I'll see if I can come up with a way to make it more interesting/different. Or maybe just submit it anyway whatevs.

"Too much <anything>" conversations shit me. There's no such thing as too much, neither is there such a thing as "need". Go nuts and have fun. If that's one OD and an amp (and dambletoanz), playing 1 note every other bar, good for you. If it's 4 fucking PT-pros and shreddy shit, that's cool too. Playing music is fun and I hate it when people comment disparagingly about what your definition of fun is, only to point out that "you only NEED <equipment X> and an <equipment Y>".
