1)Best "Interested" Board

3)Best "Famous" Board
4)Best "I A Milf... I mean I AM ILF" Board
Basically seperate the titles... Anyone with under 150posts is in Category 1 (This helps get the interest of new members and shows that we care

), Post counts of 150 - 1000 are in category 2, and so on... That way the top posters in ILF can battle it out for a Baddest of the Bad kind of title. I think this idea would help make it more competitive in each category.
YES!!! This idea is perfect.
I really like this idea too!
+3 I'm down for this. I'm probably gonna get polaxed by the TGP guests... but oh well... bringggg it

It sucks 'cos I don't think I'll have my full board 'round but I'll whip up something tasty and actually put my real settings/order/etc for once instead of being a paranoid, stoner fukwit

No way you are actually doing that usually. I mean not put your real setting/order/etc usually.

Make him roll a 12-sided die. This is the number of pedals he's allowed to use.
If he rolls a "1" then he can't use any custom pedals and must roll again.

I kinda wish we had a reference thread with just pictures of pedalboards, nothing else

I need to get mine in line now, still waiting on a Team Tesla, might just order another one

I'd prefer if the ranking system whent by boards size, so that there won't be massive Kevin Shields boards competing with guys with 3 pedals and a plank. So that it's like best small, best medium, best large, most insane(30+ pedals)

Just because you're new here doesn't mean you'll have few pedals...it's just likely you'll have
more after you've been around a bit

You only have a post count of 29, if we go by the post count ranking system you are very unlikely to be put against someone with a 30+ pedal board and more likely someone new to boutique pedals with only a few. The people with huge boards tend to post alot. The biggest grey area will be the "experienced" category (150-1000 posts) there's alot of people that fit in that category, but will probably range around 8 pedals on average per board (just a guess). There's less people in the famous and iamilf categorys but they know each other well so that's where the competition will really get heated and you'll probably see the UBER ALLES boards come out.

I don't think there's a significant correlation between number of posts and number of pedals on pedalboard. I've seen a lot of first posts made in the pedalboard forum that featured huge boards, and some people who've posted a lot but only had three pedals on their board.
While competition between members within certain ranks may lead to biggest board wins, I know I won't be voting based on board size but based on creativity, aesthetics, usability, flexibility and pedal choice ("big" boards usually only cover two of those bases). One of my favorite pedalboards from the lsy pedalboard thread was a shoebox top with three pedals in it
