In the one song that we played before we got shut down, we knocked two lightbulbs out of the ceiling and I cut my hand open and bled all over my bass. We also played for like 80-90 people I've never met before, and no longer have any merch left. Seriously the best thing I've done in a long time.
You're seriously the punkest motherfucker ever.
I love it.
I bow to your compliment sir.

SWAT KATS IS ON.
CHANNEL 5. IF YOU ARE IN THE HAMPTON ROADS AREA.
IF NOT THEN YOU CAN SUCK IT.
SWAT KATS is some seriously good memories. That and eating peach-flavored instant oatmeal after school (or maybe before school?) and watching SWAT KATS. Wikipedia says it ran 1993-1995. That seems about right.

Honestly, something kinda like Sex Bob-omb, especially this:
with a little Parliament-Funkadelic/newer of Montreal thrown in.
snipelfritz wrote:Not always major key. Whenever I write riffs in major keys it ends up sounding like "Breakfast at Tiffany's" Funk is happy and it's often in a minor key. Other than that I suppose so. Ideally I'd like to something along the lines of King Khan and the Shrines(unintentional rhyme!). Not necessarily with brass, but 100% kick-ass(intentional rhyme).
Comme ca:

but I just want to play!!!!!
Maybe a little Raconteurs / 60's garage rock band thrown in? Touch of reverb, overdriven amps, jangly guitars, cool riffs?

We should jam sometime. Although we'll probably just spend the whole time messing with fuzzes.

Adventure Time and Regular Show are second only to Archer as best cartoons currently on air.

Just got a part time job managing a cafe/bar's live music. It's only a few nights a week, adds up to about 10 hours. The only downside is my work week is already 55 hours (including the 1.5 to 2 hour per day commute), so I'm gonna have to buy a lot of Red Bull I think for the jump up to 65.
