Yeah I don't exactly know what it is anymore haha. I collaborate with circuit people on builds. I just make/etch and design the enclosures and work with electronics people to make things. I know it started out with a basic DBA robot layout but I think it ended up with several modifications. He worked on them for awhile and there is also a mysterious additional daughter board he added inside haha.

Thanks dude. Not sure if it will actually end up on my board...it may be a bit too intense and crazy for me haha, but was fun to build

The ad4096 is soooooo nice, the infinite repeats just kills it and the aux out option for oscillating drone etc makes this one of my favorite delays. Congrats on scoring one, I wish you would of grabbed that copicat but you've got an incredibly versatile option with the EAR

Yeah, it was significantly cheaper than the Copicat, and will be alot easier to take around with me. And demos makes it sound fantastic.
Also, I think I'll need to try out different tape delays at some point, to figure out what/if I want. I know that I love most analog delays, the way they lay perfectly under my notes etc., need to get some tape experience instead of buying the first one I see.

that's pretty smart thinking
You're going to love how dark the ad4096 is, it's a trait I don't think the demos really capture is how velvety dark it sounds. Really captures the best sonic attributes of analogue delay with those nice features as gravy
