Social media startup, BandLab Technologies, is the company resurrecting the Teisco & Harmony labels. Company founder Kuok Meng Ru has a mathematics degree from Cambridge, and yet that's not the most atypical thing about his backstory. It will be interesting to see what other lines they choose to develop or revitalize in the future.

The Edge owns all of DBA's line pre-2010, IIRC.

Wow.
That video did a pretty good job at killing my interest in it, honestly.
So much fucking around necessary to do anything cool with it.

Personally, I'm starting to think that I'd just prefer something like a Pittsburgh Modular Patch Box over this since it's so much easier to visualize how something works when there are a ton of cables to follow rather than just glowing squares.

I'm still curious what will happen with this beast---shrink it and force you to constantly pan & zoom?

Way Huge is slimming down a couple of their best-sellers and bringing back the Hippo chorus. They say 'mini', but they don't appear to be Mooer-sized. Will WH fat-shame some more of their pedals? Might they rename themselves Way Trim?

Is it just me or companies kind of push reverb pedals off to the side this year?

Idk but I just googled him. Immediately downloaded bandlab app bc it seems fun and useful, especially for us here who want to collaborate together. I’m still reading the Bloomberg article about him.
