They were all using Budda amplifiers btw. Don't know what model.
Peter Adams had a Head+2x10cab+4x10cab I think..
John Baizley had a 2x10 Combo with an extra 4x10cab.
Matt had the typical metal bassist Ampeg rig going on with a head and on of those massive cabs.

I think I see a Maxon PAC-9 on the board two up. I've always wanted to try one of those or its ancestors

Interesting to see the 78 Bad Ass Distortion in there, supposed to be pretty close to a Keeley DS1.

Been skimming through this thread...what's up with some of the dudes taping over the pedal logos? (ie nels cline on the.klon) is that something to do with not wanting to endorse a specific brand?

I can only speak on Nels Cline taping up his Klon, I've read somewhere that he said it was because of the glare from the stage lights.

The tape on this page is so the knobs can't change whilst rockin... Other times it's just to keep pedal nerds like us (trainspotters) at bay...

...and also maybe sometimes super rock star guitarists expressing their displeasure with lack-of-endorsement deals?

In Nels' case he might not want to damage the screen printing of a rare and super expensive pedal?

Could it be that the more obviously valuable pedals like a klon are taped over so that no-one decides to nick them? I'd guess only a real pedal nerd could identify pedals with all markings taped over (and I like to think that pedal nerds have more respect than to steal others' gear). ??

He said nick... It's just a who really cares thing I think... They're just pedals and we can all buy or Klone 'em so you know... I'll tape everything now... It's the new velcro...
