That's the cheapest I've ever seen them, almost too cheap.

Re: The Doom Room: ILF Edition
Argh! Dilemma.
So my new big gear purchase for the year goal has been a Skyhammer pre. After I finished my exam the other day I got a little jubilant and cranked fuck out of the sovtek while the family was out and dropped my shit down to drop g# after my brother mentioned he was keen to jam again. The black forest pretty much owns this register.
Do I want a Skyhammer or do I want another 4x12 with the prospect of band things happening again (currently running a 2x12, this would move me into 6x12 territory. fuck yes).
Help!
Because I'm indecisive.

It seems to me that sonically speaking, all the Skyhammer pedal offers is more gain. You could get the 4x12 and then still buy three more solid state gain pedals for the money.

Re: The Doom Room: ILF Edition
Well, the thing is I have an unloaded 4x12 in the garage that I need to retolex, by the time I buy speakers though I'm looking at shelling out for a cab again (in aus prices). I was thinking of getting a used orange 4x12 local, which would set me back about as much as the verellan by the time I got it shipped. So thats the dilemma.
If I was native to the states where people seem to shit awesome gear and then sell it on the cheap, it'd be a no brainer.
Plus, I haven't tried the bf at that volume, or that low a tuning before and its pretty much what I'm after. But I know when skip demos his Skyhammer, I'm gonna have to change my pants again.
Don't even think about posting that demo, Skip.

Parker is telling factual information there.
Also, on a Sunday night I think people could use a good car chase video. This one takes place right here in Seattle
