I use a 1" paint/chip brush that works perfectly for cleaning.

Twice a year I take all my pedals off the pedalboard, give them a good, thorough cleaning, clean all the pots with contact spray, check all the power jacks, patch cables and power cables, replace the velcro as needed, etc.

My cats left me a dead mouse by my pedalboard yesterday. It looked a miniature gorgoroth stage show. Now I want to clean all my pedals.

if I notice them getting really dusty I'll usually give them a quick onceover with a couple of baby wipes or hit the whole board(s) with a leafblower.

leafblower!
This is a very impressive collection of Roto Toms. That's 21 Roto Toms in all. That is only $33.00 a Roto Tom.

I usually light candles in each corner of the room ive placed my pedals in, draw a circle for bad energy to be trapped in, then I stand in a triangle and cast a banishing spell on my board. I then ask the forces that be to shield my gear with negative vibrations so that my positive vibes will counteract and repel like magnets any misfortunes.. I try to never itch myself, and use eyeglass cleaner cloth to soften up their cheeks. ........anyways ive had fucking ants in my house lately and ive been at war, super conscious about one of those dicks crawling into an expression jack..be cool if you got a pedal and was like "how does it make this sound?"! and upon opening it up theres just a bunch of earth worms slithering about inside.
