Yeah, I should've thanked phantasmagorovich for that one. That was the inspiration for my recent contribution to that thread.

Do they get along well?

Roxy is a little scared of Thor, to be honest. For a few years he chased her around the house because he's insane. They get along pretty good now and Thor's always rubbing along her.

Sometimes in the Winter, Roxy will be sleeping by the fire and Thor will curl up in a ball along her chest/stomach. Once or twice, she's used him as a pillow.

my mom breeds boxers, so i know how awesome a dog they are. she hates the ear down thing, i think it looks way better on some of them.

Roxy turned 11 in October and Thor turned 6 in March. I adopted Thor around his second birthday.

Not many vets will dock tails or crop their ears around here. Roxy is the type of Boxer that needs her ears down. When she prances along, they flop and look fucking adorable. Greatest dog ever.

yah. i prefer the look of down mostly, but i've seen the puppies be born and raised to adults. when cropped and docked by a vet trained in it, it's totally humans. and i like dogs that don't wipe out my entire EVERYTHING at tail height when they're happy.
