The Spicy Mustard is my Fav and the Savina is great with potatoes and rice... I'm saving the Caribean Red for a proper shrimp and chicken grillin... The Scotch Bonnet don't fuck around and I like a lil, and just a lil in my bean and cheese tacos, also good on eggs and home fries...
