Also,...Panko (AKA Japanese Bread crumbs) is the other typical Asian coating. Try taking chicken tenders, or discs of Chevre (mix some herbs in there, a pinch of salt and pepper)....then dredging in AP flour,....a beaten egg,...then into Panko then frying.

i've been using panko for years dude best mother fucking bread crumbs ever. i swear to god, only those pervy minds could bring us such awesome fucking breadcrumbs. like i seriously can go on and on about how much i love panko for frying shit. chicken, pork tenderloin, fucking anything in panko is dope

OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOooooooooooooooooo yeah. We have a placed called Luna that has a Fried Veggie platter. Zucchini, mushrooms, some others stuff served with a Stellar Luna sauce. Bad ass. They'll put it backstage for free when we play there. I want to play there, tonight....maybe I'll just go buy some.
