I went to highschool with a girl who had that same kind of fuzzy upper lip going on. We were both in the production of The Crucible. I was Rev. Hale and she was Tituba so there was one point where she's on her knees begging for forgiveness from me kissing my hand(I have that affect on women), so all the tech crew was joking around about how it must have tickled my hand. It didn't, but I had trouble not laughing at that part from then on.
