I'm legitimately scared since I have zero idea how to raise a girl, which is stupid because it's not like I actually know how to raise a boy. But I am so effing excited about having a daddy's little girl that I don't know what to do

I helped raise my little sister from birth and it's honestly not that different than a boy. I wanted a brother, but with Lucy you can still play football, Lego, tickle them, change their nappy, put them to bed at the same time, etc. At an early age they're all just cute prunes with a lot of pooping and peeing, with intermittent laughter and crying. Lucy cried a lot and needed her mother a lot, but so did I when I was a baby, just not quite as much. My mum said I was a nightmare like that, and watching Lucy grow up and comparing myself to her, I think I can see why. You'll be grand, mate.
