I wish the Outer Rings had a blend knob. I haven't yet decided on a ring mod.

I think you can use a LS-2 or whatever that Boss Line Selector is to add a blend to fx w/o one. Also if you keep that gain stage low, you've actually got a pretty good blend knob on hand. I was shocked at how nicely the gain circuit cleans up because all I'd heard of the Outer Rings was harsher/more noisy. Honestly I was excited for the Outer Rings before but now I'm just drooling. And it looks like it has shipped

My Outer Rings is still in customs (7 days now) and quite frankly this video is causing me to prowl around my office like a crazed ape
I mean the video was cool but please, why Canadian customs? I’ve never had anything held this long.

I thought the tilt knob was a blend?

Yeah, they describe the Tilt as a blend between post gain and ring modulation.
(I was hoping your Outer Rings would've arrived by now.

)

If it is and the gain can be set to zero and not affect the blend I'm in.

Yeah, they do this in the Knobs video!
Signal goes from input to the Gain stage, which is then split to the blend (Tilt) and the modulator. Has remarkably clean potential.

Heal up quick, shikawkee.

Hopefully you'll be playin' with some new ring mods in no time.
