the last 90 seconds of this video make me think i could probably hang out with Gearmandude.

I have hung out with him, he's super cool, and honest, since he's not endorsed by any company, so it's nice to hear a guy who has an opnion on just about every peice of gear there is, and no bias.

Pretty happy right now minus wanting a Faye Sing. Want one HARD too. FML. Also, I want a bigger board. I think I'm going to go PRO at some point. I don't mind the added weight. Have you seen these guns? No...well...they sexy.

I was a bit unnecessarily excited that I got one with this kind of art hah.

Thanks, man. The flange is set with low depth, speed, and feedback so it really just adds a slight texture & gain boost. I'm not too into modulation, but I like the subtle change it can make. Almost like a slight metallic whir, very mechanical.

I also set it to be a trem/leslie like thing sometimes, but not too often.

i don't understand certain pedal builders prices...according to my logic of zvex, a custom pain and handwiring is 150 more than a vexter series pedal? and then there's companies like trex, whose prices blow my mind.

i thought even the expensive Zvex's were made in China? just hand-painted in the States?

their prices are CRAZY.

DOUBLE POST ALERT

So. I still need to velcro the poly chorus and rat, but I'm going to try this set up for a few gigs see how I like it. I think this covers a lot of sounds, but I might rip the poly chorus off and throw the tremolo back on. I just thought I'd try something different.
I think due to the rat and poly chorus my 90s cred has increased no?
I'm also getting sloppy with my wiring and placement. Oh well.
THOUGHTZ?

Vexter pedals don't seem too nuts to me.
$150 for Mastotron? okay.
$200 for Wah Probe? sure.
