Now that I live near philly, I have almost too many shows. It's always one of those "well i could go this weekend, but they'll just be back through in another few months." situations.
Philly's a hot spot right now for music, your a lucky duck. Hopefully we'll be playing up there in the near future.

I can't really complain since bands pass by me all the time and it only sucks that I can't afford to see all of them. It gets balanced out by all the local acts though which are only 5 to 10 bucks usually. But I am still pissed that Bongripper won't come to the east coast. I would really love to see them live.

Do they serve Arnold Palmers in philly? If not I'll take a 4 Horsemen.
....I don't drink, So i have no idea what any bar has. hahaha.
I dont drink very often, an Arnold Palmer is just 50/50 Iced Tea and Lemonade, no alcohol. A 4 Horsemen is 4 shots, a shot of Jack Daniels, a shot of Jim Beam, a shot of Evan Williams, and a shot of Jose Cuervo.

If you want to pay, it's on Vimeo's on Demand, too.
I got the DVD. It is a fucking great movie and if you haven't seen it, you should. I wish there were more like it. I got to see a screening of Slow Southern Steel after which Hail Hornet and Zoroaster played. It was in the same vein and I wish the guy would hurry up and release it to the public besides the screenings so I can get a copy of it.
I got one of my teachers to show Blood, Sweat and Vinyl one day but most of the other kids were either confused or decided to ignore the movie since it wasn't their "scene" or music they liked. I had to sit there and spell it out for them that this is an underground, no major label way of doing things and you dont need a major label. Even then they just asked why the guys were screaming.
