Damn all these pedals look awesome. Make me want more dirge. So Rats ... I have never played through one but I hear they are pretty rad with bass.

They can be awesome with bass man. If they have the right tuning for bass you can have a pretty broad range of options with a rat. Some players use a rat for a sort of mild nasty distorted grind sound. Others use it for a really hard hitting distortion. Brian Cook from Russian Circles is a master of both. I guess the key thing with a Rat is its a nasty sounding circuit. If you want to kick in that sort of hard dynamic, it's one of the best options for bass.
This is how I use a Rat with some Eau Claire Thunder in the choruses -

I really should just put a handle on the back of the enclosure so it IS the suitcase

The wife went to Philly for the day, and I get off work in an hour, so I'll be spending the rest of the day building!
Last night I installed all of the diodes into sergiomunoz74's RAT and wired that up. Adds a lot of different sounds.
Gonna be looking for the last bends to MaxMap's FY-2 and finishing that up, and starting the wiring up on TenDollarCat's 3-in-1 as well as doing the doodling and clear coating on Tommasters' Mega Pedal!!

Just wanted to comment and say the Dirge Stampede is the only fuzz bonding with my new mustangs low output bright ass pickups. Thanks to skully for making a fuzz that is helping me through this difficult time of low output pickups.

My Dirge will be here soon! Muahahahahaha
I want that high gain though. It sounds sexy.

No problem Punkin!
And Jwar- when you get it, let me know if you want me to mod it to be higher gain for you and I'll do it!
I got a LOT of shit done yesterday on a bunch of pedals for everyone.
FINALLY finished finding bends for MaxMap's FY-2.
So here is the run down: 2 FY-2's each with master volume, fuzz volume, gain/texture, mid bump, and tone knobs, in addition to bass boost, oscillation, and boost/drive switches!
Here are the guts:

I hand painted this delay that I'm trading to chillerthanmost and added a momentary oscillation footswitch for him!

Next up, I finished modding sergiomunoz74's RAT with 4 way diode selection, along with dual Ruetz mod!

I started hand-drawing the artwork for Tommaster's mega pedal last night before bed. Still have some work to do on it before I clear coat:

I also populated the PCB's for tendollarcat's RAT and compressor circuits! Felt good to have a work day.
Lastly, I saw my father today who recently stayed over at our place and saw my work bench etc. He said he is going to be building me a new station that can fit in the same corner but elevated higher so I don't have to be hunched over, along with more space and drawers so I can be more organized when I build. I am beyond stoked.
