Is anyone following new shows this season?
I'm really liking Zankyou no Terror and Sabagebu so far.
Sailor Moon Crystal, Tokyo Ghoul, and Tokyo ESP aren't bad so far either but we'll see. There were a few other shows that I couldn't make through the first episode.
Plus there's the Psycho Pass New Edit but it's basically 99% the same as the original. Still a great series though.
Also, Hanamonogatari starts airing in 4 weeks

I haven't seen it yet, so my only gripe so far with 9/11 The Anime is that they gave that dude freaky Barbie doll eyes and made him look like he's constantly trying to eat his upper lip.
I already hate him as a character and have pegged him as "2edgy4u McSinister". Maybe I'm totally wrong though

nah you might be right, i usually reserve judgement for a while so i'm just hoping they can fit the proper backstory into 11 episodes. he does have a goofy face though.

I haven't yet, nothing really grabbed me. I am looking forward to the fate/stay night remake though. I'm hoping they take a few cues from fate zero though (which I thought was pretty fantastic) and ditch some of the high school romance wank of the original. I know that might upset a few people but it was just too obviously adapted from a visual novel (in a bad way).

I really want to watch Crystal and Tokyo Ghoul, but I kinda want to wait till the series are further along so I can binge like crazy.

Been watching Gintama lately. That show kills me. So funny.

The problem with Crystal is it's only airing once a fortnight, so i guess if you can wait a few months it might be a bit less painful! My only gripe really is the 3D-looking transformation scenes feel totally out of place, 3D in general just annoys me in anime though so i may be a little biased, otherwise it's been cool so far, they've done a pretty good job with it.

Yeah, the 3d thing is ok when done well but when its done badly its super noticeable and ugly. I remember specifically a couple of shots in an episode of Witch Craft Works involving medusa that made me cringe horribly.

Ooo, that is going to take a while. That's too bad about the 3D, though. Sometimes it can be a real nice "enhancer", but I can see it being out of place with Sailor Moon. Part of the charm of the original is how it was all hand drawn looking, but that may just be the nostalgia talking....

Really gotta start watching Tokyo Ghoul. A friend showed me a bit of it and it looks cool.

Also, not sure if it counts/if I'll get laughed at, but FUCK RWBY IS COOL. Binge watched chapter 1 and it's got me hyped for chapter 2's premere Thursday. YASSSS

A friend gave me the Black Lagoon BD/DVD for my b-day. I've been putting that purchase off for a while and it's one of my favorite shows of all time ever.

The title song suddenly popped into my head while I was at work the other day, so I started watching it again. Even got my non-anime-watching friend into it.

Black Lagoon is one of the many many anime on my list to watch.

I'm about 14 episodes deep in Neon Genesis Evangelion. HORY CHIT. What an amazing show.

I must be one of the only people who's read the Evangelion manga but never watched any of the anime.
I'm 'saving it' for once i run out of other things to watch, then i can spend forever working out which order the movies are supposed to be watched in.

Also is anyone else here on Anilist?
