I know Harmon took over and fired their staff with Tom and crew but did they have any digitech/DOD presence at NAMM?

I have dual-locked a pedal to a larger bottom plate so it could attach to the rails underneath my pedaltrains but that's a box that doesn't get stepped on. I did rehouse a V1 Mandala into a normal-size box with stomps for the toggles a while back but it wasn't until I finished the job that I realized it had the problem some Mandalas apparently have where they stop working after a few minutes or triggers or for some inexplicable reason and then have to be power cycled to process sound again.

Apparently not. There was some product but it was just at their distributor's booth.

Tom said he had a substantial amount of gear ready to go and a multi-year plan in the works. Would love to know what those boxes were.

They lied to me and said they have "many projects in the works and will continue to manufacture the current line" which is B.S. because they can't make a profit at the prices they're dumping them at.

They're only selling the cheaper stuff at those prices and at the volume they manufacture at, a Gonk for $39.95 or whatever is still profitable. Its not like Whammys are getting blown out for $50.

Some of the things they're blowing out, according to people who would know, are at or below cost.

Dealer cost or manufacturer cost?

As it was explained to me, on the Rubberneck for instance, they aren't making any money on it.
Not sure if that meant they are selling to dealers below normal dealer cost or dealers are selling at their cost but from what I remember dealers are blowing out below their cost if I heard correctly.
One would guess that means they are getting incentives to do so. I was also told they can't continue to blow at at those numbers and continue to manufacture.

I feel like I heard about these a while ago, although I might be confusing these with another company.
I like those enclosures, though.

Those Teisco pedals were already annouced at NAMM 2018, but never took off during last year. I was intrigued by the fuzz, but when I read this on Premieur guitars:
FUZZ ($129.00): A classic silicon fuzz circuit with a switchable upper octave that takes inspiration from a furry 70s predecessor. Unlock searing lead lines, gnarly textures, synth-like overtones, and every shade in between

It makes me think there's a Foxx ToneMAchne clone under the hood.

You guys crack me up! I love all the enclosure comments and suggestions as solutions! hahaha! Thinking outside of the box!!!

I've never tried on of those Banana pedals. I like the way they sound, but I'm always turned off by the price. I don't know why? Maybe I'm just being odd about that?? Most of their stuff isn't very useable for me but it sounds killer!

I'd love more rounded corner enclosures! Fuck.

I still haven't really seen anything from this NAMM that makes me want to run out and purchase it (not trying to be offensive just honest). The Dr. Scientist Atmosphere but I saw that prior to NAMM and Ryan didn't go. I feel pretty jaded about it. Maybe I have gear atrophy or am out of touch or both. Probably both...

I'd love a new fuzz pedal. Fuzz is the best and the only pedal type that matters. :)
