I've got a Bass Notch. If the regular The Notch is anything the Bass Notch, it's not a preamp. It's just a notch filter with a volume control. So, yeah, a little on the expensive side there.

Yeah, they usually go for around $50, but it's closer than I'll probably ever get to an IVP
