The smell of the fish is repulsive but the taste is quite good...

I always thought that stuff was flushed down with copious amounts of Vodka. (or whatever will be at hand as long as it's transparent and contains more than 40% alc)

Vodka is nice as the alcohol helps cut through the fat in the fish. The better the vodka (the "slimier" the texture of the vodka) the better it works. Why Bäska works (in my opinion) is because the bitterness is a really nice companion to the saltiness in the fish. That's why beer (maybe an IPA?) works really well with this stuff too.

and the pedals have been getting used every day! Honestly, in the clips I'd seen of the Bone Collector, I didn't think I could use it...way wrong. That pedal is fuzzing crazy (& LOUD) and a lot of fun to play. So happy with it

It's the Langtronics Bone Collector. Crazy loud squarewave fuzz with amplitude controlled envelope.
