The Big Muff is a '78 IC, so it doesn't have true bypass... if I were to use it alone, the clean signal would be much louder than the fuzz signal, for whatever weird reason. So if I run that in the first loop, the true bypassed clean signal is quieter so there is a bigger jump from clean to fuzz which is what I need. The second loop is the "solo" loop in which the Timmy is pretty much always on. I only use my phaser doing a few solos, so at the beginning of a song I can turn both on, then just hit one switch in the looper for the solo instead of two and a bunch of bonehead fumbling that usually fucks me up.
I play in a power trio fuzz pop band, so it's either fuzz on (99%) of the time, fuzz+solo boost, or clean... all in one little package.

p.s. So that makes the order: Les Paul Faded Special P-90s > Turbo Tuner > Loopmaster (1. Big Muff; 2. Timmy > Small Stone) > Fender Tweed Blues Deluxe
p.p.s. For our last few shows I've only used my '85 small box Rat.

cool,
Thanks for the info, I have a few TB loops but have never had a ton of value in using them.
Might be fun to have a fuzz and solo boost set up as channels like this where you can just have the phase in the mix,

Yeah, it's been really simple. I actually bought this 2-channel looper for something vastly different, but I no longer own any of the pedals that were involved!
It also helps because I have had a few disasters with like trying to switch on a few pedals for a solo and hitting my tuner which completely mutes everything and that doesn't work with a power trio.

My tuner is out of the way and I basically have two "pedals":
1. fuzz
2. louder

yay! i'm actually happy (mostly, Oxide + Ugly Face give it up for the PolyGrace soonish, the Heliotrope's getting booted for the Frantabit when EruKahSuah gets done PUNCHING KIDNEYS OUT with it) as ballz with this setup. i love me some Aggy Octo, but i'm hoping the octaver on the M9 can replace it and the pattern trem lets me move the Goatkeeper (fucking. awesome. pedal.) to a second occasionally bring along/smaller board.

Muza FD900 - Ohnoho Utter Stutter - Earthquaker Disaster Transport Jr.
In the loop:
TAFM - sparkly Wolf Computer copy (bias knob on side) - AB-Synth
The key, though, lies in the penguin mints. I'll probably make a little true bypass loop for the Muza too, 'cause it kinda fucks with the pedlulz' oscillation.

This board is ..... amazing.
On bass this board can shatter skulls, bring havoc, and rain fire from the sky.

I have a couple more things incoming, then I need a power supply and THEN I'M DONE
FOR A WHILE.
I was getting super sketched out about the Wolf Computer, but I actually like it so far. Takes some getting used to, it's a weird effect. I think the bass mod Mudfuzz has might lend it some more versatility, but it's cool how you can use it either as drive or as "WUT".
The "sag" knob kinda acts as a switch between fuzz and synth; with it all the way open, you get the "normal" fuzz mode. I really like the way it sounds with the fuzz knob also fully open. It's a little noisy but it sounds great driving toobz! You can do lower-gain fuzz too and it's also good -- but I think this is one area where it could be a little bassier. It doesn't suck lows, but it feels like there's more high-end than I like. A little on the clanky side, but maybe I like less highs than most

I think it sounds better into the clean channel. Anyway, the versatility surprised me.
The synthiness I haven't messed with as much. It seems to get inarticulate as you go lower. I need more time with it though.
Also, in a feedback loop you get dead-on NES sounds.
