My only problem thus far is knowing which quantization mode you're in, but that's only a minor inconvenience.
Love the new modes though.

Ya i guess you just have to use your ears at the moment. maybe next update i will make the LED blink each time you turn the knob enough to change modes? that won't tell you which one you are in though, just that it has changed.Inconuucl wrote:My only problem thus far is knowing which quantization mode you're in, but that's only a minor inconvenience.Love the new modes though.
I was wondering if this was going to be a problem for you or not. Being able to access that portion of the site (store) and being that the balance purchase option is the only option, seemed potentially confusing to those not prompted by your email reminder. I could see a casual observer interpreting that part of the store as a way to purchase a CT5.multi_s wrote:
Also just a heads up to anyone with outstanding payment: I have removed the balance item from the store because a lot of people were starting to buy it not understanding it was just the balance. This has been a bit time consuming to go through and sort out, so please just email me directly when you want to pay the balance and include your balance order # if you have access to it. There is no rush and there is only a few people outstanding so i think this is just easier at this time. There is now an item in the tictail store with a similar message. Sorry for any inconveniences, next time maybe we will use a more sophisticated system.

tbh i'd rather not say. It's not a huge deal, i'm just stating why the item is now removed.blankfield wrote:
How many "error" orders do you think you got since the balance option was originally published?

no worries.blankfield wrote: That's cool. I get it. Just curious.
Maybe instead of blink switch from red to blue? That way you can think "third red from the right is this q mode." Just a thought.multi_s wrote:Ya i guess you just have to use your ears at the moment. maybe next update i will make the LED blink each time you turn the knob enough to change modes? that won't tell you which one you are in though, just that it has changed.Inconuucl wrote:My only problem thus far is knowing which quantization mode you're in, but that's only a minor inconvenience.Love the new modes though.
Ya that's a pretty good idea. Would love to hear what people would prefer. My only problem with having to bypass is that you can't hear wtf is going on anymore. But it is a good solution otherwise.Inconuucl wrote:Maybe instead of blink switch from red to blue? That way you can think "third red from the right is this q mode." Also, for changing Q in all modes in the old version of the pedals, wouldn't pressing the soft switch/turning Dir1 when the pedal is bypassed do the trick?

Hi,vidret wrote:i dont mean to be a cunt, though i'm sure i'll come off as one, but something changed with the way the direction works on the samples (they feel quantized all the time, maybe i'm doing it wrong? - the loops no longer go to a stand still with the knob at noon, they seem to stop at -1 octave (i think?) - either way they don't go to stand still.
so can i get a link for the old one back? or am i simply doing it wrong.
ps it's easier to handle now, but that also means less noise/messing with the loops. i wanna mess with em.
I don't think this pedal will get bigger but we are working on some larger designs.codetocontra wrote:I love what this pedal can do but those footswitches are too close together for my clumsy feet. Any chance a future version will have a larger enclosure for dummies like me?
