That's true, but since it only would be a temporary solution over a couple of days, I wouldn't mind having the backplate screwed off and a battery on the side...
Wouldn't it work to just solder the batteryjack to a lug of the dc in and the other to the ground?

i guess you should keep in mind i assume this might void any sort of .. product replacement? but thats not my call - just something to keep in mind.

Yeah, I called my local place today, they "thought they might have one". Turns out they do, and that it cost $50. I mean, I do not have to travel far to buy a friggin' COW for $50!

Every pedal whore should own a onespot. They're always in stock if you've got a GC around, or just order them online (sweetwater does free shipping

Way to light a fire! I've been meaning to demo my recent purchases, just been busy. Too bad I can't apply that to Devi's Workhorse! There's plenty in the shop I want though...

recorded samples of Arc Flash with switch in both positions and gain knob at 9, 12, and 3 o'clock positions, then dimed the gain knob and felt really stupid for not sampling that.
Dammit. I've been on a rollercoaster about my gear. A couple of days ago, I thought nothing I own sounded good. Tonight, I love it all, especially the Arc Flash!
Legit-ass demo vid coming soon, I promise.
