Cool, I'm looking it over now and I'll start going tomorrow morning.

any chance you can read the markings on the SMT transistors? Are they all J201s? Also it is possible to get a shot of the side that looks to be VCC rails and bias rail so I can sort out those traces? Funky routing.

I'm on my way to the shop now. I have a microscope there. professional. brb.

sot23 is a 3 terminal device. there are 4 of them. 2 are 2N2222 although that is not %100 confirmed. that is what the internet says it could be. case code looks like "1P 6" on the suspected 2N2222.

ok 7 sot23 sorry didn't see those over there tunnel vision from the microsope. some of them are not 2N2222. I wonder if it is more j201? that would explain why they hacked in a through hole j201 to sot 23 pad in exactly one spot. so if there are lets say 2 of 2N2222 and the through hole part was meant to be a sot23 then up to 6 j201. unlikely. more likely those are small signal diodes 914 4148 BAT87 etc.. I might have to actually do some work on this thing to verify all the unknowns. haven't tried light blasting it yet. I don't know if I have a powerful enough light. saw it done on youtube.

Yeah, the routing is hard to make out since they run so many traces under components. I started just labeling all the component types and values I could as the board is laid out on paper. Do you use Kicad or Eagle? I can move the stuff into one of those formats and we can share via GIT if you want. The light blast is a good idea.

I will do my best to give you component values in the next few days. I can decode 101 -> 10K for you. I will diode test the sot23 to identify which ones are diodes or bjt or fet. whatever we don't figure out on the first pass, I will check point to point with the multimeter.
blue wire is V- white wire is V+.

Cool, I've got a fair amount drawn out on paper. Just waiting on your info and maybe a better straight down photo so I can see some traces easier.

I did that with photoshop. you use the free transform tool. also called perspective. I just did one for myself to make a washed out greyscale background enlarged to 8.5 x 11 paper. I'm going to use the microscope to %100 finish the visual inspection and annotation today. I just draw directly on the picture and scan that back to you.
I can totally make projections for you that square it up. first I need to go do this thing writing down values. then I will get you that flat projection.

I have uploaded more pictures to the Google drive. I got all the values for the resistors and the tantalum caps. All sot-23 packages are 3 terminal devices (transistors). All vias have been identified. Ceramic caps can be separated by color and thickness. I do not have an LCR meter for ceramic caps. Not sure if I need to buy one. There are 8 total transistors. There is one through hole germanium diode. No opamps. I wonder what this is all about. I haven't completely ruled out the possibility of two diodes in a sot-23 three terminal device. If that is true then there are only two of those. Then 5 2N2222 1 FET.

I input all the resistor values. check the google drive. I will give you a more high quality picture of the traces. I still need to solder bond wires to the 3 terminal devices. I still need to measure the capacitors.

I'll work on it some more tomorrow and get a kicad or Eagle schematic going.

yeah I forgot to upload the high quality professional photos. I had them the whole time but I lost them. they are there now.
