I think last year was an opt in during signup. When you sent neonblack the email, you had to specify that you were willing to ship abroad.

OK so I misremembered the 50-100 range. By that measure I went way overboard

Yeah I went over those, too. Doesn't matter -- it's the giving, not the receiving. Consider it a bit of guidance and a way to avoid actually skimping on a gift?
