That's fair. The concept of the book seems really interesting to me, but I could see hating the fuck out of being made to read it when I was 18.

HAHAHAHAHAHA.
Honest to god it's shown up outside their kitchen window twice now the morning after he put up new fences, and basically just started at him being like 'what's up? Think you're smart?'
That's fucking insane. I kinda want to move there now just to start up a rivalry with a kangaroo.

The ones here tend to keep to themselves as well. They will sometimes get into outdoor pet's food bowls or garbage though. They hiss like shitheads here. Mostly they just shamble around like giant asshole rats.

In college, I worked in the autoshop, doing maintenance on the universitt's fleet of vehicles and lawn equipment. One time, one of those sumbitches was under the hood...I may have screamed. But you would, too, popping the hood to a hissing mouth full of teeth.

We have several families of the fuckers living in our ceilings and in our walls. The racket they make coming and going. And the fucking and the fighting. OMG! We thought of setting traps and relocate them out in the mountains but decided against it. It's boring here sometimes so we keep them around for the entertainment factor.

After that lady spent years in prison and was eventually released, it was found that a dingo did indeed eat her baby. A dude was illegally keeping one as a pet. It had pups under his house and the mother dingo took the baby to feed them. He found part of the baby's clothing and took it out to the desert and dumped it where dingoes hang out. Then just went about his life like nothing had happened. Sad really, that lady lost everything.

the father taught me english in high school
you could see how fragile he was but he was a real kind dude, such a sad situation
Yeah the whole situation for every one in that family is pretty grim. They are virtually now a family apart because of all that. One of our biggest shames is what this country did to them.

That's fucked up man. I thought it was a joke of some sort, but never understood it. :(

It seems like there would be lots of fun stuff to hunt in Aussie land. I'm not sure if anyone here is a hunter or not, or if that makes me a dick for saying...lol.

I'd love to visit some day regardless. Just visit. Always wanted to go.
