So, let me get this straight, if my chain would be fuzz factory -> volume pedal -> antichthon, I could turn on the fuzz factory's madness, tame its level with the volume pedal, which would simultaneously trigger the antichthon's trem action?

Has anyone put a delay before it? Would the repeats trigger the trem? I can see it being really cool on a board that's like delay-volume pedal-antichthon-delay-fuck-reverb

I like the way you think right here...

I also wonder what would happen if you put a different trem ahead of the antichthon, like a hard-chop Hummingbird-style trem, with the trem mix set low...

Yo..... That would be crazy sounding I think? I'm also wondering about using filter sweeps to give drones dynamics to trigger it with... Fuck I need one of these now.

More then likely all the ideas mentioned would work, or at least be fun. I will experiment some this weekend, and try them out :thumb:

If you have the means and time for clips/a demo that would be rad!

Damn. All those ideas sound amazing. Just went from meh to gas city. problem is I would also need a volume central

So I missed picking up Jero's but I just bought one. Hoping to start a two piece bass vi/drum surf project

I bought one of these too. It is most definitely picky about where in the chain it sits (for obvious reason). But also, at the same time, i've gotten some interesting combinations putting it in different places. There's some good ideas in this thread that I wanna try. But, keep the ideas coming! I'll try to report back.

I had good results running fuzz into the Antichthon, though. Stacked gain can give you a wider range of overall trem speeds, though it can be difficult to dial them in reliably on the fly. Generally, I've put it first, though, while I am doing initial experimentation with different guitars, etc.

My bass iv sounds terrible through the antichthon
