A science experiment. I'm hotroding/Industrialising/steampunking my Epi Gothic LP… this is to cover up where the neck pickup would be.. it's in a lid of water to turn it green

Forgot to install the battery thing lel


It looks different in pictures than it does in real life, the lighting does weird things. I can't take a pic of it without the glossy finish and still keep the colors from looking messed up.
I sprayed all the hardware black and am giving the Jazz bridge pickup one more chance. The Ric humbucker died a while ago on the operating table when I tried reattaching the wires coming from one of the coils...but it's better dead than as a single coil. Oh well.
Shortly after these were taken, I held it up to get a better pic in the light and knocked a chip out of the headstock paint

What's the battery for again?

The Fender Jags originally came with really boring passive pickups and an active preamp, so I threw it away and the pickups became refrigerator magnets. Now there's a super secret storage compartment.
I thought about putting the Blowing Up guts in there somewhere, but the mudbucker takes up all the room...

You know, you can do some shallow etches using a tub full of salt water, a car battery charger, a wire and two pieces of metal...

Thanks mang, I liked the previous green but this one's way closer to the finish I originally wanted. It's a learning experience.

Found some parts that I could make a working trem out of, then had a good/bad idea...
Also the arm is holding on for dear life with the help of some loctite.
