One of the most peculiar and interesting album of 2013! Dalmak by Esmerine, is a truly unique record. No fuzz though.

The rawness of their first 3 albums is what makes them so awesome. The fuzz and Dan's voice have made me come to love the Black Keys oodles. Blues Rock as it should be right there.

Speaking of Black Keys fuzz tones: the hoof side of my EQD Hoof Reaper does some really kick-ass early Black Keys tones.

This is... :)* amazing :)* thanks. I just ordered the 5 cd/dvd/book boxset. It wasn't available on Amazon so I ordered right from label.

Limited edition, so if any of you wanna get your grubby little hands on it, I recommend you do so posthaste.

I need to actually listen to a few of these in full and see if I like them, I've never taken the time to do it but I feel like it would be an amazing collection to have if it resonated with me.

I've listened to a couple songs and they sound perfect for sitting in your office with the door shut and ignoring your coworkers which is exactly how I intend to use it. Give it a listen.

I've rethought mine.

If I had to pick 1 record (no double lp or any box set/discogs) to give aliens an introduction to the experience of "earth music" it would have to be Abbey Road.

You can't change your pick. Besides, aliens probably already have Abbey Road in their 8 track anyway.

Ok, after careful deliberation, here is what I just bought (actually cost me an extra $15.50). Thank you all kindly for you help and general awesomeness. I may have another $50 gift card coming, so more delights might be in store for me. Who knows?
