Wow yeah get on the Nick Drake train dude! Also get the live album Dream Letter by Tim Buckley if you're getting your old sad folk on. He does some very good renditions of album material. Then get Curtains by John Frusciante while you're at it. Obviously not a 70s record but it sure sounds like it.
