Also to post to ILF from instagram select the picture you want, right click on it, select inspect element, copy the weblink in the popup
It will look something like this (there are different variations of it though): http://photos-e.ak.instagram.com/hphoto ... 5405_n.jpg
Put it in the [img ] [ /img]
And voila
