Maui brewery's Big Swell is a decent IPA. I only mention it because I just drank some.

YES! So good...

I haven't had it in a while but that and their regular IPA are really super great.

Two hearted, Modus Hoperandi, Lagunitas IPAs are good, and I have tried a host of others and forgot all their names but all were pretty awesome. Have been getting into stouts lately. Breakfast stout is awesome.

I had an amazing IPA over the weekend: Drake's Black Label Hopocalypse -- a triple IPA running at 12.5% abv. Yowza! And despite the name, it wasn't awfully bitter or astringent. It's too bad that they do the same as Russian River does with Pliney The Younger, and only release once a year.

so many good beers only released every other century
and when they do come around there's a mad dash to the liquor store and they're gone before you can bat an eyelash :grumpy:

Scottish IPA fan, checking in. On draught - Deuchars or Greene King are good (lower mid strength) session Ipas. Can drink a good few before falling over. Bottle - Goose Island is the one that got me into "New school" IPA , but Im currently loving Brewdog Beers. They have an extensive range, Google them. They hold world records for strongest beer and most expensive bottled beer. Called "End of History", each (run of 11 bottles) 55% beer was lovingly encased in a hand selected, road killed TAXIDERMIED SQUIRREL OR STOAT ! ! ! !

Just about to crack open one of these sexy little numbers !Made by Brewdog for Tesco supermarket. 9.2%... Cheers ! :thumb: Image

Deuchars is perfect when its sunny and you sitting outside,

Brewdog are insane its what would happen to a brewery if Aen ran it. Have managed a shot of sink the bismark (41%) at one of their pubs before the world went very stange indeed
5am saint is my favourite of theirs followed by the Punk IPA
Everybody has a secret world inside of them. All of the people of the world, I mean everybody. No matter how dull and boring they are on the outside, inside them they've all got unimaginable, magnificent, wonderful, stupid, amazing worlds. Not just one world. Hundreds of them. Thousands maybe
