This thread makes me want to stop shaving everything forever.

I kinda like the idea of grossing out a whole bunch of men. And if I could convince a ton of other women to stop shaving, then you dicks would have to get over your fear and revulsion of the bit of hair that women have compared to the fucking forest you guys sport.

Personally, I think a shitload of body hair is gross on both men and women. No double standard here. My wife and I both keep ourselves pretty tidy, because our preferences match. In what way is that a negative thing?

I just wrote out a long rant about men and how they never want to be told that their discourses on women (which are frequent and ridiculous) are sexist. I deleted it because I have had that discussion before and it never ends well. You guys can keep believing that posting about how women should or shouldn't do something has no effect on the young girl who comes to this forum to learn about gear.

The music industry is such a sausage party (gear related stuff even more so) that I should know better than to even comment on shit like this.

Things are different down here where the temp and humidity stay as high as they do for so long.......that stuff gets rank. It's kinda like....I can visit my sisters in Maryland and bring one pair of jeans for the whole week. You're lucky if you get two days out of a pair of jeans, here. Most are past due for a wash after one day.

for one thing im kinda old now(nearing mid30s)
and came here not even to talk about music,
i lose respect for people
when i hear their musical preferences,

i honestly take a shower every 2 weeks
and i work construction
i havent cut my hair at all in2 1/2yrs
i rip out th knots with my hands
to avoid hippification
and i clean shave my face once every 6 months
i should not care
i should not have a preference
most importantly i do not want to make anyone feel bad
when i thought bout self image
and stupid comments that stick in my head
from when i was 15 that effect me now

i'm a girl.. and i don't shave my armpits. why the fuck would i? like actually... why would i put BLADES in there. and what's the point anyway? if someone isn't going to talk to me or think i'm disgusting because i don't fucking shave my armpits then i don't want anything to do with them anyway. and if you saw me, i'm not homeles looking, i'm not filthy dirty, i'm totally normal. you could goddamn fall in love with me without even knowing about what i don't shave and it wouldn't matter either way. it seriously doesn't matter. it matters to yourself and that's it. if i want to grow out my armpit hair because i think it's ridiculous that women are just expected to shave all of their body hair for aesthetic purposes, or to please men, then i'm going to do it. but i'm also not going to force my opinion into someone's mind in a way that could make them feel uncomfortable about how they choose to live. when a man says armpit hair is disgusting, that's hurtful and unfair, regardless of whether or not you shave. men can have their preference, just like women, but unless you're a guy and shaving all your body hair, don't put up a fuss when your girl doesn't. that's fucked up.

i've met laydays that have very little natural body hair so them not shaving their pits ends up with tiny wispy'ness. that can be cute.

i'm a decently hairy dood. luckily the arm and leg hair is super blond so it doesn't look it. but i do maintenance in all the right places. just..... rude not to ne?

sucks for both sexes. must be mad annoying to have to shave leg and whatevah hair to fit in with certain sects of society. i fucking hate face shaving. shit is uncomfy as midget underwear.
