Sorry if I haven't been clear as to when I expect to have money in my account but here's the deal : Prymaxe has said repeatedly they are paying me today... so as soon as that goes through, you'll have your refund. I'm also taking the day off from Silver Rose production to open the Effector 13 web store, so if any of those pedals sell, you'll have your funds.... it SHOULD be happening today, but it's really out of my hands at this point beyond opening the E13 store and hoping for some initial sales... and I've already bugged Prymaxe repeatedly this morning... so yeah... I'm not exactly sitting here jacking off to anime while swimming in piles of gold coins laughing at you for what a fool you are. I DO give a shit about the people who buy my pedals, and I DON'T like to see people displeased with their transactions with me... but once again, I'm only human, and not made of magical bacon, so no matter how you grill this, I'm doing everything in my ability to make it right.

I know I'd be chaffed right now if I made pedals. From all the coins you know.

I see where Devi is coming from being a small builder and all that.....but you still have to understand that people are working their asses off to spend over 300 dollars on a pedal built by you when they can pick a number of other builders who will not have so much drama all the time. At first I thought the drama was cute and "just how Devi rolls"...but then I got to thinking about how I bust my ass all day at work to buy the extra things in life. I expect to have some sort of confidence that I will get my prodcut when I was told and that if I do not I should not have to worry about where I am getting my refund from. Not trying to be a dick....it is called reality.

My brother in law loves everything you build. Probably has one of the biggest collections of Devi I have ever seen in person. I have none. I just do not have time for drama. You do make cool shit though.

I don't have time for drama anymore either... but there are definitely plenty of people on the 'net who apparently continue to enjoy perpetuating such things.

No. This is the reality of pre-orders. I'll be honest, I shouldn't have let my bank account get so low... I definitely take full responsibility for getting my finances so tight here recently (I'd hope you can imagine in what other ways I'm fucked right now personally, though I'm not asking for sympathy, just making the point I definitely made a mistake to let myself get in this situation).

Pre-orders are cool, but you gotta make sure you give yourself more than enough time, and that you have a good amount of savings.

Sorry, just wanted to drop this last bit in, because I do take full responsibility for this being such a fuck up on my part (thus the refund + pedal)... but pre-orders are cool... you just gotta do them right and have plenty of money in savings for anyone who wants to bail if the heat gets too hot.

Once again, truly, I can't apologize enough for putting you (and myself) in this situation, but once the money clears and when you do receive the pedal (which you are gladly welcome to flip to make more than your money back if you don't want to have the "taint" of a devi ever pedal in your rig)... hopefully you'll find some solace in my attempt at making this right.
