Fits fine in the slots width wise. The depression is just too shallow I think.
It's like this, if the screw on the left is the normal depression size and one on the right shows these screws:

...oh boy, yeah, again, I feel Your pain. Well, You might need the screw extractor if it's gone bad already. It's a good tool to have, with YOur screwdriver set. If it's not that bad, take the pedal with You and go shopping for a multi-head screwdriver with a proper head?
You know, I was (long ago) in the situation desperate enough to saw the fucking screws off from my old OD, with a really thin, flat coping saw. Used drops of gun oil to keep the saw blade from getting stuck when doing the rough field operation to the enclosure. IF you are smarter guy than I was,

You buy the replacing screws
before the grim amputation so You won't have to duct tape the bottom on.

I HATE when enclosures get shipped out with flawed screws like that. I actually keep spare screws around to replace any that have that issue.
Plus, in general the screws for a lot of enclosures aren't exactly the toughest metal, so anything to prevent them from stripping is a good idea.
If it's sticking out a bit, you can try unscrewing it with pliers. Otherwise, I'd recommend picking up a screw extractor. It's a pain, but it will get it out.

Yeah we've been in contact.
Honestly though, I like Devi's pedals a lot but her behavior is kind of becoming a liability. I mean, I knew when I ordered my pedals that she was prone to freaking out on forums but whatever, I just didnt think that would extend to getting orders out.
I guess Im spoiled by Tom who goes out of his way to make sure Im happy with every purchase. I love that HE emails ME when somethings even remotely wrong with my order (I got a cool colored Wolf CPU and he gave me a discount like there was something wrong with it!).

I know what you mean. When my Pipe Amp didn't ship right on time he emailed me and said I'd get a 10% discount on my next order. Haven't had the cash to take advantage of that though.
