I can't really help with the other resolutions..but wouldn't a Lazy Susan (or othe similar rotating tabletop device) work for this one?

i used to run regularly and actually eat well and shit. i lost a ton of weight then gained most of it back.

ok, here goes..
- I had this idea that over the summer I would have different people come over my house and we'd sit around and write a song and record it that day. no genre left untouched. I want to do that this summer.
- eat less cookies and more veggies (considering I'm vegan this should be a no brainer...durr)
- finally put out some vinyl with my band, or at least finish the recordings necessary for that

I was thinking a Sit-and-Spin,but yeah,that idea works,too
