Dude! I did a similar mod to the DS-1 I had lying around. Swapped out most of the caps, changed a couple resistor values, and removed a diode... does not sound like a DS-1 anymore, and that is a very good thing.

played a modded DS-1 once. shit was commanding.

I still want a looper on board (I use one off the board atm) and a EHX Freeze would be cool for the project I'm in.

Hollow Earth, Goatkeeper, Cosmichorus and to top it off a Moog delay. I've seen that pedal board before, in my wet dreams.

Figured I'd post this before I sell the Heavy Soul. Great pedal, just not to my tastes. I'm going to stick with a shin-ei.
