Oh, snap!
Indeed!LaoWiz wrote:Oh, snap!
I've got a 1590D as well, but I'm beginning to have mixed feelings. I think I might end up using the Multicomp box, a la Ludwig, or Infinitphase clones. The reason for the change is because; A) I want all the bells and whistles, and B) I'm working on an Arpeggiator for it, and I might just wrap everything into one package, Momentary, Drone, Arpeggiator, all under one roof. The four footswitch layout will work with the Multicomp box, it's been proven with my Ludwid Phase II clone. The Arpeggiator section will require a 5vdc power source, which I'll be able to draw from the 12vac, so the Multicomp box will give me the space I need to enclose the works. The MEGA PLL.LaoWiz wrote:That is a great looking build so far. Are you going to put it in one of your big boxes with the metal handles ala Ludwig and the others? I bought a 1590D something with a flanged top to mimic your style but it's been laying around for awhile. I think when I build my PLL, I'm going use trimmers for the preamp and trigger, drone and multiplier/divider footswitches, and cherry pick the multiplier and divider selections to maybe four settings each. Gonna skim that shit down to less knob fiddlins' and just blast off. Im in New York and the weather is perfect but I kinda wish I were soldering.

Only a week left till I get back to mine!digi2t wrote:I've got a 1590D as well, but I'm beginning to have mixed feelings. They made it halfway and realized that they can't "just build one of these."Bellyheart wrote:They finished and can't walk away from it.
