Yeah, hopefully. Or maybe he'll stay away from his senses like 45 guy.
I had hoped for an open bidding round. I mean, you'd still probably beat me, but then at least I would feel like I had a chance. As it is now, it's like being in the middle of the desert, seeing a source of water just at the edge of the horizon - but no matter how much you walk, it will always stay out of your reach, leaving you to die of thirst, your tears of despair being the last moisture you feel.

Yea, it is kinda sad. Makes me think he just wants to keep it. Things should be played instead of sitting in a collection...
I wonder what happened to 45 guy? And Ripplet guy? Did they just keep them? No shop would've paid even a 1/4 of what they asked. They were just trying to cash in I guess...
I dunno...just wish Hirofumi would reissue the 87...I understand why he doesn't reissue the others, but the 87 doesn't really have a direct descendent in the current line. Maybe a part of it is hard to find? Maybe just moved on from the design?
I guess a possible new LAL will be a good enough second place prize this month (I hope haha). Thinking out loud

yeah me too, but it looks like he is just trying to cash in on it instead of being cool about it. hell if it started out reasonably priced and there was a bidding war i'd probably get swept up in it and feel fine paying too much for it, but its just mean starting it out at that price.
oh well, i guess good luck to him?
