We should have a game show à la Name That Tune

This is just the Werkstatt and a Pitts LFO2 modulating reallllllllll slow with some frequency mod. This shit is so much fun. Just patch and sit back for 5 minutes and listen to it bloom.
Oooo nevermind: https://intellijel.com/three-new-module ... i-polaris/
Dixie II+ looks sweet! Really want to see some demos of the Polaris. I've been really finding a love for filters and I could really use a phaser in my rack
I have a Dixie II and the II+ adds stuff I'm not that interested in (PWM stuff mostly). I already have a VCO with a sub (STO)... Still, nice module for people who use these features. Intellijel filters are usually nice so the Polaris looks interesting. And the MIDI module looks simple and efficient.
They have cases in preparation too, they'll probably show them at NAMM.
Speaking of cases, I saw the Roland 84HP case online this week, the price was ridiculous (more than 50k yens). Missed opportunity there, if they had made something with a decent price (up to 30k maybe) I could have bought one...
Hey guys, so I've well and truly got the bug for this game.
Just curious whether anyone has fucked much with duophonic set ups? Despite needing duplicate modules, is there anything else I should consider while exploring this?
I would be statring small. 80 - 90 Hp just covering a basic synth set up before adding more of the fun stuff.
I'm just looking to get the most out of a small set up as possible and duo seems to be a pretty cool/potentially under utilised way of going about it, utilising something like the erica synths duo MIDI-CV as a launchpad etc...
One piece of advice : don't buy duplicate modules because you want to do duophonic stuff. Get the modules you're considering (one of them only), try it and then decide if that's what you really want. Because, as is often the case with modular, what you think you want and what you really want can be very different things, and confusing the two can be a very expensive mistake .

Oh word.
I've been looking on Modular Grid and hunting single modules with dual outs etc etc and ways to combine them later on in the signal chain, as well as make the whole thing just as flexible and easy to expand as possible.
Speculative fucking around:
But yeah. I'm finished with pedal GAS so as I save up i will try a few things where I can, and read and read and read and read as much shit as I can etc
EDIT: Wrong filter in there but ya get it
EDIT 2: What's the deal with the depth of modules? It seems to vary wildly and some pre built cases are listed as very shallow in comparison....

I also have a Dixie II. I can't really see myself replacing it with the II+. The extra features are pretty awesome, but I also don't really need them. I don't really use MIDI for anything, but I would probably consider this if I was to start.
There's some pictures of their cases in the "heard anything from Intellijel" thread on muffs. They look pretty awesome. All are 4U so apparently intellijel will be making some 1U tiles. I would love all their 2hp utility and their uVCA in 1U
Also regarding depth, it's just something you kind of have to deal with. I recommend just getting a deep case so you don't have to worry about it. Normally, the deepest modules you'll see are about 55-60mm, but I'm sure there are some that are deeper. If a shallow case is a must you'll have to just understand that there are some modules you won't be able to use.

Most cases should be able to compensate for the depth of modules. My PM Out case has done well with everything so far.
I'd advise skipping the yep and warps, paring down the intellijel interface to something like a Pittsburgh outs, then using the saved hp to get some modulation and VCA action.
