Do you own a baby blue leisure suit?
Answer is the answer. As in if you can rock one you can rock the other. As in one of the best times I ever had involved a baby blue leisure suit. And a fedora.

i am a passionate lover of japanese guitars, particularly oder ones. i would give my firstborn for a sweet yamaha sg. i love those guitars. but you should not buy the blue one. it is so fucking ugly i can't even believe it. i'm not one who's picky about gear aesthetics either, but that shit is fucking disgusting.

Cool man. I think you guys should keep the unison vocals. Gives you a unique sound. Would be cool if one of you did some more Lemmy style yells in some of the lines but that's only because I like yelling.
Hopefully soon I'll have a new track recorded to post. Have a few rough ideas to flesh out.
I've been looking for a tobacco burst double-cut and this one is a crazy surf blue that I've never seen before but maybe without the creme pickups the color works?
No. You'll be piiiiiiiisssssssed when you see what you want 4 months from now.

Awesome man, and yeah we are working on it. It's been one of those "holy shit we can do THAT" kinda things. We need to get the Drummer situation nailed down and then we're ready to gig. Am I a bad person for hoping the guy that's leaving gets divorced and moves back? Dude was dedicated and very into it. Drama free. I think that makes me a bad person. I wish him the best.

Well it's Tiawanese but it's super cheap for a set neck version and I've sanded the paint off a guitar in my time. Still... it's a lot of work.
I resisted buying a new one of those faded Gibson SGs or one of the single pickup ones and eventually a 91 Special came my way.

Nightterrors - I have a noise gate, and i got it a while ago to help with noise, and i used it at the beginning of the chain to kill the signal from my guitar. It worked and it did not impact the tone at all, it was a decimator clone, but the problem i had as Goldfish mentions it started to fuck with the sustain which was annoying. But if you're playing tight metal with a lot of stop start, then yes its awesome...otherwise i think volume knob does the job...or even a volume pedal.
so as some of you may know...i sold guitar...and today i it the bullet and bought a new guitar. Tomorrow i should be getting it delivered to my work, so i wont spoil it but saying what it is now. Also...FINALLY...i'll get the Sarcophagus tomorrow, nothing to do with Mark, its the damn postal service in the US and in UK. Needless to say, tomorrow is going to be a hell of a good day!
I have a volume pedal. There is hiss/hum from my Rat still even when I use the volume pedal. I definitely don't want to lose any sustain at all.
Sorry about not replying to all you other guys who replied to me, this thread is a friggin' fast one.
Put Volume pedal at end of chain? That's what we do. It should cut all signal.

I actually seconded the blue guitar notion, but it was in the middle of that shit storm. I think if it's cheap enough it could be cool. My 2c. That prom pic is friggin awesome.
