I mean based off what I've seen from from /r/TheDonald, the right hates the shit out of Paul Ryan as well. Dude might just in his office scared shitless for 3 years.

Does the US have any sort of "emergency elections" clause? Don't even know how I would phrase that.

There's been insane rumors floating around for a while now that say the GOP leadership (McConnell, Ryan, etc..) is at least complicit to the Trump-Russia thing, and that the GOP has been laundering Russian money to push their campaigns. If true, we could end up with President Hatch.

It sounds totally crazy, but it would at least partially explain why the Republicans are fighting so hard to protect and cover for every awful thing Trumpy does. If it's all true, and it all comes to light, the GOP would be torn apart.

The entire line of succession would have to be dead/unfit to serve,I think. It's been a while since I've looked into it/learned about it, though.

It probably wouldn't be a runoff election, though.

I mean Trump can get impeached via obstruction of justice, just like Nixon and Clinton. That's what it'll come down to. President Pence is a scary proposition, so is President Ryan.
