Now I want to know who won that Empress pedal giveaway on reddit. No way anyone guessed that

That looks cool as shit. Wonder how it will stack up to things in the same price range (C&G Organelle).

I typed up several fantasy drafts about what I wanted it to be, but I didn't submit any of them. A couple of mine were in the ballpark I guess, but I wasn't anticipating it to have pushbuttons or look like an Ableton controller. It definitely has features beyond what I was hoping for, which was a synth/modulation combo box.

This guy on Instagram probably won it---"It’s gonna be a polyphonic synth like processor, with presets, midi, stereo in/out and infinite sustain by holding the footswitch."

We’re also working on a new Superdelay 2 pedal, which will incorporate all the new features we developed for our Reverb pedal and more! On the more experimental side of things, we have a (not so) top-secret project called the Zoia. It’s unlike anything we’ve seen out there, and will offer musicians a unique level of control over their effects. That’s all I can say for now!

Even I am not nauseated. Not at all. Not my kind of tool, but kind of cool!
I need.

"I don't need a phaser."
Ok, but what about one that is envelope controlled, or manually tuned, or is also a bell-synth?

Agreed. I know it's a teaser but when Chank posted it in the ring mod thread...it kind of turned me off :idk:
I am aching for yet another ring mod though...
I stand corrected...that was the 'official' demo.

Dwarfcraft...you're going to be fine.

I haven't been this excited for a phaser in a long while!

That Empress pedal looks crazy man. I’d love to see a more in depth demo. Preferably with multiple instruments.

Noice, especially with knobs you have a chance to decipher what do.

Wow, that Empress pedal looks super cool, but I honestly wish that they left the footswitches off of it; they just really look like they're in the way. Maybe instead include them as an expansion or something instead. I mean, I just really don't see myself ever using that as a pedal in the normal sense :idk:

I'm quite excited by that Empress pedal/module. I was pleasantly surprised by the Echo System and this is another step in the crazy/awesome direction.

I don't mind the footswitches because I plan on using it with guitar, but I could see there being a "pedal" and "desktop" enclosure option.
