Jfrey was in town yesterday, so we hit the record stores to browse. The man is like a trivia beast when it comes to music.

Got some CDs on recommendation from him by a band called Bosse De Nage. Interested to hear the contents.

Read this and cracked up laughing in my work's super quiet office. When I'm around people that are actually into music I go into like frantic music info mode, because for the most part I'm surrounded by people that could care less, and would smack me to get me to stop after like a minute of talking about music.

It was pretty cool tho, I don't have a lot of friends to geek out about music with like that. Probably the most fun I've had at amoeba.

Got behndy's band's CD at their show tonight. Seriously if you haven't given them a listen yet, do yourself a favor and fill yo life with some blood.........party.

it's the size of a cd… how cute..

I found a few things yesterday cheap used.... Edie Is A Sweet Candy by the 5.6.7.8s 7", the Ciccone Youth 7", and a Laughing Hyenas self released live double 7" of covers. Also picked up a lathe cut on plexi glass 7" release by a local band I like called Bent Shapes (feelies/early REM type dirty garage pop)

Finally bit the bullet. Was too expensive but im enjoying it lots.
