I'm not really a reader to start with, so we'll see how it goes.

One of my biggest pet peeves are the people who write notes/underline/otherwise fuddle with books. Distracting to no end.

I agree. I had a professor who strongly encouraged us to annotate the book as we read. So now I don't want to lend mine out to people because it would be obnoxious to read somebody else's notes throughout. They don't want spoilers along the way, and neither would I.

Super Sad True Love Story.

Only read the first chapter but I like it so far.

Before that: The old Man on the Mountain (or something like that) by Philip K Dick. Excellent book.
Audiobook: Patrick Rothfuss, The Name Of The Wind. Solid Fantasy.

I don't have time to read books anymore (:( sad English Major), but when its not academics, I go for pleasure novels more than canon. Next time I can read a book, it's time to reread American Gods for the third time.

That one was pretty good. Kinda got tedious and predictable towards the end.

Pleasure novels are the only way to fly Tommy D. Most of that canonized crap is only significant because of its socio-historic context.
