Unless that's a transitional unit with old guts and a newer enclosure it's actually a V3, which is apparently the least desirable of the series.

To me sometimes pedals are an investment and that's it. I buy shit to flip it at times. Nothing wrong with that. It's all about being smart and figuring out what's worth flipping. It's a dangerous game too but it sure is fun!
